Raymond Shores RV Resort has been developed by visionary leaders commited to providing quality experiences for lot owners. The Raymond Shores experience starts with a well managed park designed to highlight a natural experience in the midst of mature trees, wetlands, and a clean lake.
Raymond Shores was founded in 2005 by Scot Raymond and Bob Dawson. The owners are involved with the park on a weekly basis. Scot is a great grandson of the pioneer family that homesteaded the property and farmed it for three generations. Scot and his family maintain two RV lots in the resort.
Bob Dawson has been joined by his son Russ on the management team. Raymond Shores was developed by families for families.
The RV Park is managed by lot owners elected to a condo style board. Owners have a vested interest in maintaining high standards of park conduct and governance. The resort is clean and well maintained which adds value to the overall experience.
Fresh water constantly flows into Gull Lake from Birchbay Creek and Wilson Creek. A man-made canal and pipeline are used to divert water from the Blindman River if water levels require additional flow.
Water and Wastewater Treatment System
Raymond Shores management invested in a state-of-the-art water and waste water management sytem. Water is treated onsite while sewage is transported to the plant located offsite through a recently installed underground piping system.
